i went to ok for thanksgiving this year with my dad. i haven't been back there in 17 years, so, to say the least, it was way weird! i was so surprised at how little some things had changed, but many things were changed for the much better. it is so crazy to go back to a place that you were raised and see all of the things and places that you went to all the time. if anyone has the chance to do this, i recommend it. it is really interesting. i was blown away at how much smaller things were and and shorter distances. anyway, my dad and tammy have a really nice house, in a great neighborhood, with an awesome ward. so, think they are feeling good about their choice. i loved seeing them, but it made me miss them so much more. it's bittersweet. but i plan on going back soon and many times. by the way, congrats to ryne and dani and their baby on the way. we are excited to FINALLY get a blood niece/nephew. it's about damn time. chelsey and i are not doing much to add to that, so ryne had to step it up.

Cute family :) Is that building Oklahoma? You are right, it is really big!
I dream about going back to Detroit all the time. I've wondered how it would be as an adult. But you say it was a good experience? Maybe I should try it afterall.
We missed you at Thanksgiving.
