happy happy birthday connor.

i want to wish connor a happy birthday, he is such an amazing boy (little man). i love him so much and is so completely lucky to have him in my life. i really can't imagine my days without him?! he has turned 14 and is completely out of his child years.... and i am not happy about it, but he is transforming from an adorable boy to an amazing young man. here are 14 things i love about connor and a little slideshow that jack put together for him.

1. the fact that he really is in a good mood all of the time. it's unbelievable to me.
2. he has always been so much more responsible and mature than his age, from the time he was 3.
3. he makes everything so much more fun just by being there
4. he is so great with younger kids, i find that pretty rare and especially with boys
5. i love his sense of humor, he definitely is his fathers son, quick wit.
6. his excitement for the little things, that's why he makes everything more fun
7. i love and miss his white blonde hair, it has gotten darker, but when he was younger, it was white
8. we have so much in common with each other, i can hang out with him like a friend, not a son.
9. i love and hate that he knows more than me about most things, he is great at anything he tries, but is completely modest about it
10. he has great taste and loves music ( with jack and i influence of course!)
11. he is such a cuddle bug,, anytime he is around me he is hugging or snuggling. I LOVE IT!
12. he has a radar as to when i am stressed and always asks "what's wrong" and "what can i do"
13. he is a gentleman and is very respectful to me, i don't think he has ever talked back or raised his voice, another influence of jack. the women will love him for that.
14. i loved his gravely voice and when he was younger, he used to talk out of the side of his mouth, it was so freaking cute and i wish he still did it.
