i have come to the realization that i decorate with candy. for every holiday i fill up my jars on my counter and my apothecary jars with candies. it is usually cheaper than usual decorations, sometimes it's more. but, i usually keep my candies for the next year. i can do that because my kids already know that the candies are not for eating.

I like the candy decorating idea. Moma D. always does that but then sometimes she offers you the candy to be kind and you find yourself chewing on very old candy. :)
