sunday was my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. 60 years! this sounds so generic, but, they are the example of what a relationship should be like. my grandpa has ALWAYS been so courteous of my grandma, he treats, and always has, like a princess. he makes jokes and razzes her and she doesn't miss a beat and gets him right back. they met at 16, married at 18 and here they are 60 years later...... and they are an amazing example of what all marriages should live up to and work towards. i am so grateful to them for that example and to have the lovely chance of getting them as my grandparents, and if my own grandchildren think we are half as great as i think my grandparents are,well, we will be lucky old buggars. i love you grandma and grandpa and i don't know what i did to get such wonderful and loving people in my life.
