this year i COULD NOT get into the christmas mode. i don't know what my deal was, i hated it. i tried to, but it didn't happen. maybe it was because i didn't do ANY christmas shopping until 3 days before, or it could have been because i flew out christmas day to oklahoma, so i kind of skipped it. whatever it was, i am sad now because i missed the christmas season and now all i have to look forward to is the fact that it's going to get warmer... ugh! so depressing! it seems like the past four months just flew by?
we went down to oklahoma city to spend christmas and my dad's 60th birthday with him.
he lives really close the route 66 and there is the coolest soda shop right off of route 66, any drink you want bottled, it was a dream come true!
we went out to dinner for my dad's birthday and he got to wear a giant sombrero and got sung to by eight servers. it was awesome because he probably is the shyest man i know.
