last week jack and i celebrated our birthdays...i turned 30 and my old man turned 40. my husband is 40! it's a good thing he acts about half his age or i don't think i would be married to him. this year he through me a surprise party on my birthday... sneaky devil. it was a good party. it makes you feel good when you see all your friends and family there for you. anyways, we also had a little get together for jacks big day too. i wish we could have done something bigger, but he was pretty adamant that he DID NOT want it to be a big deal. we just had friends over and talked and ate. pretty momentous year for us both. big ages.... and pretty depressing.
